As a single mom of two incredible children with a career in teaching, staging and design, and wellness, I know exactly what it feels like to not have enough time to take care of myself! Like most of us, it is something I’ve struggled with since I became a mother. Being active, and eating healthy have always been an important part of my life however, I struggled with consistency, and a lack of motivation to stay on course. Once I made the mental shift to put my self-care higher on the priority list that’s when everything changed for me. I knew that I couldn’t do it alone, and that a consistently healthy and fit body is indeed possible! With the right mindset, the right team, and the right fitness and nutrition program, a life full of physical, mental, and emotional stability was achieved!

My internal dialogue began to shift when I turned 40 years old. Although I have always been involved in Health and Fitness, there was something lacking that prevented me from consistently reaching my goals – a team! I became part of a fitness group of like-minded people who are on a mission to become the best version of themselves. Being part of a team has made the difference for me, and moreover, being a fitness motivator has helped me stay accountable and on track more than ever before. I am so grateful to have started this journey and I am looking forward to have you join me!
